| SIGN your messages (Outlook
Express) Wanna sign all your messages with something cool: your favorite quote or even your name. Click TOOLS STATIONERY select MAIL tab, click Signature check "Add this signature to all outgoing messages". You can use normal text, an external text file or even an html design to add more colors. If you want something more professional you can use Personal Business Card(vCard), click NEW, fill the required fields of the address book form, now select your name from CARD pull-down menu and check "Attach card to all outgoing messages". A vCard will be attached to every message header. |
