Outlook Express Do you want to use your favorite font when composing your email messages Specify a default font so you don't need to switch to the font every time you compose a message. Click TOOLS STATIONERY select MAIL tab, click Font Settings and choose your font from the list. Make sure you don't choose any bizarre font since no one will be able to enjoy it if the font is not installed on their system. Put your downloaded files in a single folder I have this habit, I always put everything downloaded off the internet like software in a special folder called Net_Downloads, each piece of software has its own sub-directory + readme/html file. You can easily locate your downloads, just open Net_Downloads and press F3. |
