The Scroll box |
Why
is a window better than a piece of paper
Some people hate everything about computers saying that
there's nothing more comfortable that a paper and a pen.
What's so great
about computers and using Windows is that you'll never
run out of paper nor ink or pencils. Here's why I prefer
a Window to a Paper !!
When composing some text you can write thousands of lines
on a single page all you need to do is scroll down. When
you exceed the size of the Window, a vertical rectangle - SCROLL
BOX - appears at your right.
The same applies
if you went over the Width limit, an horizontal scroll
box appears. To go through the text, just Drag the scroll
box until you reach the location, you can also click on
the arrows at the edges of scroll bar to browse.
A Window cannot extend beyond the size of your screen,
therefore the scroll bar is the perfect solution to
extend beyond the boundaries.
NOTICE: The size of the
scroll box (rectangle) indicates the length of the
document.
