| Do it without your mouse When Microsoft "built" Windows95, they did a great job, in fact you can find many great features in your operating system like for instance: you can control your computer, do almost all the clicks without touching your mouse !! You can shutdown your computer by holding down CTRL and pressing ESC then clicking the letter u then ENTER - if you really want to shut it down or ESC to cancel - Use the arrows (UP and DOWN) on your keyboard to change options e.g Restart your computer. One more trick: Do the same, but this time click R instead of u and here's the RUN... Now, why does it work. Take a look at the START MENU look at the R in RUN, H in Help the S in Settings and u in Shut Down they are all underlined, this is why. You can do a lot with your keyboard, even run a program in the START MENU by selecting the first letter. Sorry for those who say "You can't live without your mouse".. |
