| Change Direction For users running an Arabic Enabled version of Windows, use CTRL SHIFT to change "writing" direction. To compose Arabic documents, use right key combination and left to switch back to English. Edit a file with DOS Editor To edit an html file or any text file in the current directory using DOS Editor, type "edit" followed by the full name of the file at the RUN box e.g edit myfile.txt. Press File>>Exit to return to Windows. Quick Add/Remove To quickly Add/Remove software, place an "Add/Remove" shortcut inside "Quick Launch" folder, so you don't have to go through Start>>Settings>>Control Panel. Access the Control Panel (Start>>Settings>>Control Panel), right-click over "Add/Remove Programs" icon and select Create Shortcut (answer "yes" to the prompt). Now "Cut" the shortcut from the Desktop and "Paste" it to Quick Launch folder located at C:\Windows\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch. |
