| WINDOWS 98 TRICK One cool feature in win98 enables you to keep track of the folders you access or visit (almost like HISTORY), just open a series of folders, now click FILE and you will notice that you have a list of visited directories, windows keeps 7 listings max. Connect faster to your ISP Sometimes you notice that the Dial Up takes time to hang on. Well you can make the hanging, up to 1 min faster. Go to Dial-up Networking, right-click your connection icon select PROPERTIES now go to SERVER TYPES Tab under ADVANCED OPTIONS, uncheck Log on to network. Many ISPs don't require this, if you experienc problems check it again. |
