Without
the Screen, we will not be able to see anything, it's the
Computer's window to the outside world. The Screen is
called an OUTPUT Device because it displays everything
you see: images, animation... The Screen is very similar to your TV set. If you separate your Screen from the Computer, you will only see a blank screen. In reality the Screen takes orders from the Display Adapter or the Video Card plugged inside your computer. You won't be able to see it unless you unlock your computer. Many devices like the Display Adapter work behind the scenes. Screens come in sizes you have a 14 inch screen, 15 inch, 17 inch and 21 inch these are the most common screens used with PCs.
